Kenny Ethan Jones had already spent years building a life that felt right for him when his sister, Kizzy, shared that she was considering an egg donor.

The retrieval produced 19 eggs, and six embryos were created. Kizzy became pregnant following her first embryo transfer in 2025.
After everything she had been through, the pregnancy brought both excitement and understandable worry. The siblings shared updates at a pace that felt comfortable for Kizzy.
Then, in December 2025, she welcomed her son.
For Kenny, meeting his nephew was a moment of joy and clarity. He has explained that he sees the baby as Kizzy’s child and himself as a proud uncle.

Kenny was already known for his work before this family milestone. He became the first transgender man to front a period campaign and later wrote Dear Cisgender People: A Guide to Allyship and Empathy.
He also founded LostFame, a brand offering masculine-styled period underwear.
Through that work, he has helped make space for conversations about experiences that are often discussed as though transgender men do not exist.
